concept and generally a

1500 sq feet on the ground
floor with an open play area
to match in a residential

School franchisee one has to
pay a non refundable
franchise fee of
Rs.2,00,000/- to
Rs.2,50,000/- depending on
the location. The franchise
fee amount does not include
any kind of tax. Taxes extra
as per the government policy
and subject to change.

agreement period? Is the
agreement renewable? |
The Childhood franchise
agreement period is of five
academic years. Yes, you can
renew the agreement by
paying the franchise renewal
fee.

What will be the renewal
charges after ending the
franchise term? |
The Childhood franchisee has
to pay just 25% of the
current franchise fee
charged at that time for
renewal of the agreement.
The franchise renewal fee
amount does not include any
kind of tax.

How much royalty amount
franchise has to pay every
month? |
The franchisee has to pay
15% amount of the monthly
gross collection to the
franchisor as a royalty.

What is the likely
payback period of capital
for a unit franchise? |
You start recovering the
invested capital from the
second operational year.

make? |
Profitability varies
depending upon a number of
factors, including location,
occupancy and operating
costs and the ability of the
franchisee to manage and

quality we will provide you
with books, worksheets,
curriculum, study materials,

Yes. You are welcome to join
us and convert your existing
preschool into a Childhood
Play School. Before
converting your existing
preschool, it should be
upgraded to the standard of
Childhood Play School.
